PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEMS

Public address systems are utilized in buildings where there is need to provide informative spoken messages and play background music. These can be live announcements or prerecorded messages to give general day to day announcements. PA systems are commonly found in shopping centres, sports stadiums, live music venues – anywhere with a large public gathering. They are also used in commercial units, schools and hospitals, that need to disseminate information across multiple facilities and locations. There are two types of PA Systems that Firecorp can design and install, both can provide background music, announcemnets and zone management.

Fixed Point Analogue Cabling: the conventional PA System utilizes central amplification equipment connected to a cable that is dedicated for the function of music or voice announcement to individual speakers or areas.

PA Over IP: can integrate with your existing VoIP telephone system or we can create a standalone ethernet connection solely for your Public Address system. Microphones and speakers are treated as elements in the network and are linked by IP addresses over the existing or new networks, allowing the transmission of audio messages as a digital data stream over the Ethernet links therefore allowing you to push an audio stream across various speakers and areas.
